secluded retreat located Directly on the banks of the Little Red River in the beautiful Ozarks of
Heber Springs, Arkansas. This fully-furnished House is located in the Exclusive Wildflower
Subdivision in Heber Springs, only 5 minutes from downtown. Nestled on 2.5 Private Acres located
at the very end of the street, further enhancing your privacy with the closest neighbors being 150
yards. The post-card natural scenery is enriched with breath-taking views, natural trails & abundant
wildlife. This spacious 1850-sq.-ft. House has 3-Bedrooms, 2-Full Baths; luxuriously furnished &
decorated throughout and equipped with ALL the amenities of home. The open floor plan is perfect
for entertaining. I strived to create a luxury, up-scale atmosphere with all the luxuries of home to
meet everyone's needs yet comfortable enough to relax and enjoy. Decided to share this

Walk down to Little Red River on the multi-level, lighted decks leading to the new, upscale 16x40-ft.
Private dock (partially covered with boat slip). Ample seating & tables on dock. Enjoy the
spectacular, scenic views of rock bluffs from the river dock or watch the Canadian geese smoothly
land on the river. Cast your line directly off the dock in the Little Red; can wade fish off dock or with
short walk to the nearby shoals, home to the rainbow and brown trout. Successful fishing
consistently occurs right off the dock.
